The agreement
Using this site or hiring GoodNeighborhood Co. for consulting means you agree to these terms. If something doesn't sit right, email us and we'll talk it through before any work starts.
Scope of work
Every engagement is confirmed in writing before it begins: what we're doing, what it costs, and when it's done. Anything outside that scope gets quoted separately — never quietly added to an invoice.
Fees and payment
Good fair fees, always. Invoices are due within 14 days unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. If an account is overdue, work may pause until it's settled.
Confidentiality
What we see inside your business stays inside your business. We don't share your numbers, systems, or customers with anyone — not as a case study, not as a war story.
Liability
We give honest advice based on the information you give us. Decisions and results remain yours. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
SMS

Clients may receive messages about support requests, account enquiries, service updates, and responses to conversations they initiate.
