What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business — or yourself — when you get in touch. The site keeps basic hosting logs (page visits, not a profile of you). We do not run a marketing analytics product.
How we use it
To reply to you, to run the work you've asked for, to talk about jobs if you apply, and to send invoices. Contact and apply forms are emailed to us through Resend, our email provider. That is it. We don't run ads. We don't sell lists. We don't trade your data.
SMS
Clients may receive SMS messages from Good Neighborhood Co. relating to support requests, account enquiries, service updates, and responses to conversations they initiate. Candidates may receive SMS messages relating to job openings and responses to conversations they initiate. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're working together, plus whatever period the tax people require. After that it goes.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do it without making it awkward.
